At MALAY. Activewear, all orders are prepared and dispatched directly from our fulfillment studio in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Orders received before 1:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are processed on the same business day.

We provide complimentary standard express shipping across all Canadian provinces on orders totaling $99 CAD or greater (calculated after any discounts and before taxes).
Delivery Rates & Timelines
- Canada Standard Express: 2 – 4 business days ($10 CAD flat rate for orders under $99 CAD). Dispatched via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or regional courier.
- Canada Priority Rush: 1 – 2 business days ($18 CAD flat rate). Available in major metropolitan areas (GTA, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary).
- United States Continental: 3 – 6 business days ($15 CAD flat rate, complimentary over $150 CAD). Zero customs duties on orders under $800 USD under Section 321 de minimis.
- International Worldwide: 6 – 12 business days (real-time carrier rates calculated at checkout via DHL Express or Canada Post International).
Tracking Your Order

Eligibility Requirements

- All original garment tags, hangtags, and packaging must remain fully intact and attached.
- For hygiene standards, sports bras and biker shorts must be tried on over clean undergarments.
Refund Processing
Once your return parcel arrives at our Toronto studio and passes physical inspection (usually within 2 business days), your refund will be remitted to your original method of payment. Credit card refunds typically reflect within 3 to 5 banking days depending on your financial institution.
